Read more →We are now supplying Dexeter Beef, Texel Lamb and Tamworth X Heritage Pork.
Our meat is different to anything you'd get elsewhere and that is why it's so good!! In addition our home bred farm stock is grass reared. Further more our Texel lamb is naturally grown to hogget which makes it some of the best tasting lamb in the world. Dexter cattle are quite small which means much less muscle stress, lower fat ratio and much finer cuts of beef.
What is special about Dexter beef? Dexter beef is a breed of cattle that is known for its quality and taste. It is a smaller breed of cattle, which means that the meat is lean and has less marbling than other types of beef. However, it is commonly known in foodie circles that Dexter beef is some of the tastiest around and really good to eat.
