Traditional, mild, crumbly, and fresh, this slightly lemony cheese is from Wensleydale itself in North Yorkshire. It has that mild creamy taste with a slight hint of honey that makes this one of the better known British cheeses.
Eat as is of try with rich fruit cake or apple pie!
